David M. Allison
Executive Vice President
David Allison was born in Angola, Africa in 1941 of Scottish missionary parents. After schooling in Northern Rhodesia (Zambia) and Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), he became a certified Trust Officer with a large Trust Company, engaging in estate planning and accounting.
In 1975, he and his wife, Lorraine, and their son and daughter came to the USA for Dave to serve as Business Administrator of Emmaus Bible College. During his 16 years of service for the college, he felt burdened to start a Trust Service for assembly believers. In 2002, he incorporated Believers Stewardship Services, Inc., a ministry which assists and counsels believers in fulfilling their biblical stewardship goals, and served as its President until December 31, 2014. He currenlty servces as Executive Vice President.
Dave and Lorraine were commended to the Lord’s work in 1977 by their local assembly in Harare, Zimbabwe. Their children and eight grandchildren live in Dubuque, Iowa.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Lorraine Allison was born in Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia), Africa, and came to Emmaus Bible College with her husband, David, in 1975.
Together they have served the Lord for 40 plus years first at EBC and currently through the ministries of BSS.
Glen Deligdisch was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. In January 1974, Glen experienced his second birth when he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. He has enjoyed fellowship with various assemblies for more than 50 years. Currently, Glen and his wife are actively attending Fairbluff Bible Chapel in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Glen’s first degree was a Bachelor’s degree in Missionary Aviation Technology, received from Moody Bible Institute in 1985. In 2007, he received his second Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
In 1988, Glen and Ruth were commended to the Lord’s work, commencing eleven years of service with JAARS, the aviation division of Wycliffe Bible Translators. This missionary commitment led them to the Philippines from 1989 – 1996. Glen worked as a pilot and mechanic, serving the missionary community and the local people.
Following the years with Wycliffe, Glen returned to his second love: accounting. He functioned as controller in several small manufacturing businesses for almost twenty years. Glen is a licensed North Carolina CPA.
Glen has a heart for service. He is the Treasurer, a deacon, and has helped as an elder at Fairbluff. Glen is active as a speaker and teacher of God’s Word. Many hours have been spent using his diverse set of skills to maintain and improve the chapel and assembly camps. Thrilled at the opportunity to expand his service to God’s people, Glen joined Believers Stewardship Services as Comptroller in May of 2020.
Reeba A. James
Junior Staff Accountant
Reeba James was born in Kerala, India and immigrated to the United States at the age of eight. She was raised in a Christian home and came to trust the Lord Jesus at a young age while attending Vacation Bible School.
In 2017, Reeba graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Technology, focusing on Finance and Information Systems. Before coming to BSS, she worked as an Associate Business Analyst for Scholastic’s Software and Technology Services division and later as a Stewardship Coordinator for Stevens Institute of Technology.
Reeba joined Believers Stewardship Services in July of 2018 as Junior Staff Accountant. She is thrilled to be working for an organization that serves alongside believers to effectively steward the resources the Lord has entrusted to them.
Reeba lives in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and is in fellowship with the saints at Maplewood Bible Chapel. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling overseas, and working with kids.
Emanuela “Ella” Gentile, J.D.
Ella Gentile immigrated to the United States from Romania as a small child with her parents and grew up in Southern California. She and her family fellowshipped at Grace Bible Chapel, Fullerton, California.
In 2003, she graduated from UCLA with a B.A. degree in political science and history. In December of that same year, she married Jesse Gentile and moved to Florida where she attended law school and worked as a law clerk for the Children’s Advocacy Center and later the Florida Supreme Court. In 2007, Ella graduated from Florida State University College of Law, a top tier law school.
After graduating from law school, she began her career practicing with Attorney Philip A. Baumann, a highly regarded estate planning practitioner; later she practiced at her own firm in order to spend more time with her then small children. Then in 2013, Ella moved to California and, until recently, practiced estate planning at the Morgan Law Group – a premier Newport Beach, Orange County firm. After practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and trust administration for over 8 years, Ella joined BSS as General Counsel in May of 2016.
Ella is the mother of two highly inquisitive children whom she teaches to love the Lord.
Jon Glock was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was raised in a Christian home and trusted in the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior at an early age.
Jon received his undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies from Emmaus Bible College in 1991. He studied at Dallas Theological Seminary and received an M.A. in Biblical Studies in 1994. Since that time, Jon served in both youth and adult ministries at College Heights Chapel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. In 2005, he moved to Dubuque to serve full time at Emmaus Bible College (EBC). Jon served in various capacities at EBC including Vice President for Student Development and most recently as Vice President for Advancement.
He currently serves as board chair at both Horton Haven Christian Camp and Tri-State Christian School. Jon also serves on the board of the Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry.
In April 2018, Jon began serving as a Trust Officer for Believers Stewardship Services (BSS). Jon greatly enjoys connecting and interacting with people and counts it a privilege to represent BSS nationally by sharing with individuals, local churches, and ministries about matters of stewardship and its services.
He maintains a dynamic itinerant preaching ministry as he frequents camps and conferences across North America. Jon and his wife, Kati, are the proud parents of Anna Kate (12) and Jonathan David (9) and are owners of a labradoodle named Wrigley. The Glocks, sometimes known as G-Force, love to travel together and are dedicated fans of the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers.
Megan MacLeod was born in McKinney, Texas, moving shortly thereafter with her family to Oak Park, Illinois, and then Dubuque, Iowa, where her father became a professor of theology at Emmaus Bible College. Megan graduated from the University of Iowa summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Megan has assisted in the library of Emmaus Bible College for over a decade. She is also principal instructor at the Academy of Ballet in Dubuque, where she has taught since 2005.
Megan began working for BSS in March of 2017 as an Administrative Assistant.
Emily R. Morell, CPA
Emily Morell was born in Dubuque, IA. Her parents, Gil and Carolyn Vargas, moved to Spain as missionaries approximately a year after her birth. Emily had the privilege of growing up in Spain, learning Spanish at a young age and seeing the Lord work in Spain.
In 2006, Emily returned to the USA to attend Durham Technical Community College. After receiving a Spanish Community Facilitator Certificate and an Associate of Arts for University Transfer, Emily transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) to complete a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in International Business. Emily returned to UNC for her Master of Accounting, graduating in May of 2011.
After completing her masters and writing (and passing) the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam, Emily worked for KPMG as an Audit Associate for almost 2 years. Emily began working for Believers Stewardship Services in September of 2013.
Emily and her husband, Daniel, live in Wisconsin. She enjoys spending time with him, actively serving in her home assembly, and traveling abroad.
Robert C. Sullivan
Robert Sullivan was born in Yonkers, New York. At the age of 11, he came to know Christ as his Savior while attending Daily Vacation Bible School at Bethany Chapel in Yonkers. Shortly thereafter, he joined the meeting and has been in fellowship ever since.
Rob is a graduate of Emmaus Bible College (Biblical Studies) and the University of Notre Dame (Finance and Business Economics). From 1996 thru 2014, he worked at Morgan Stanley, achieving the title of Executive Director and Information Risk Officer. His accomplishments include helping to launch the Information Security Office and the Information Risk Oversight functions and overseeing all security integration matters related to the Global Wealth Management Group’s merger with Smith Barney. During the Iraq War, he also served as liaison for the firm with the United States Marine Corps and its economic development programs in Iraq.
Rob joined the staff of Believers Stewardship Services in January of 2015 as President, after serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 2011.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys serving through leadership in various ministries. In 2003, Rob founded Christian Evidences Ministries, an apologetics and Bible-exposition-based ministry. Rob serves as President of the Board of Associates for Biblical Research, an archaeological and scientific society dedicated to demonstrating the historical reliability of the Bible. He is Board Chairman for School Ministries, Inc., an organization that helps local fellowships reach nearly 50,000 public school children with Bible teaching and Gospel truth. He serves as a Treasurer of the Perrin Foundation, a charitable trust supporting assembly-related ministries. And, Rob is a Trustee of the Stewards Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping assemblies obtain low-cost mortgages and assisting eligible, full-time commended workers and their families with their healthcare expenses. Rob is an avid skier and hiker (and he loves chocolate ice cream).
